Job description
  • In charge of internal Recruitment processes
  • Understand the requirement from each department and sourcing, interview, hire for the suitable staff
  • Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Expatriate visa application progress, etc.
  • Ad-hoc tasks when required by superior
Requirements
  • Diploma & above in related field
  • 2 – 3 years in HRM for internal company
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible personality
  • Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
