Job description
  • In charge of Group company’s internal Recruitment processes
  • Understand the requirement from each department and sourcing, interview, hire for the suitable staff
  • Conducting employee onboarding
  • Planning for the training & development program
  • Connecting with employees and understand their training needs,
  • Motivating employees to participate in learning and development programs.
  • Working with department heads and ensuring that training and development is an ongoing process
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Coordination between expatriate staff and local staff
  • Expatriate visa application progress, etc.
  • Ad-hoc tasks when required by superior
Requirements
  • Diploma & above in related field
  • 3 years in HRM for internal company especially training and development knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible personality
  • Able to communicate well in Japanese & English
